What this covers
Physical installation, configuration to design, integration with existing systems, data and service migration, testing against acceptance criteria, and a documented handover. We work to a plan with a defined rollback at every stage, because the difference between a good deployment and a bad one is what happens when a step fails at two in the morning.
How it runs
Implementation planning
Sequenced plan with dependencies, downtime windows, rollback points and communication.
Physical installation
Racking, cabling, power, labelling and structured documentation of the as-built.
Configuration and hardening
Build to design, applied baseline, credentials rotated, defaults removed.
Migration
Data, workload, service and number migration with parallel running where feasible.
Integration
Interfacing with directory, monitoring, backup, ticketing and existing platforms.
Testing and acceptance
Functional, failover and performance testing against criteria agreed in advance.
Documentation and handover
As-built drawings, configuration records, runbooks and knowledge transfer to your team.
Nothing is treated as complete until the acceptance criteria are signed and your team can operate it. An undocumented deployment is a dependency on us, and that is not what you are buying.
