How we work
Our engagements run from requirement definition through to long-term support, which means the people here see a project across its whole life rather than a slice of it. If you prefer deep specialization inside a narrow scope, this is probably the wrong environment. If you want to understand how a system was specified, why, and how it behaved two years later, it is a good one.
We are vendor-agnostic, so technical judgement matters more here than accreditation in a single product line — though we support certification for anyone who wants it.

We recruit into pre-sales and solution design, deployment and field engineering, service desk and managed operations, and commercial and procurement roles. We also take on graduates into structured technical roles where there is genuine aptitude.
